During the official visit to the French Republic by the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam and the high-level Vietnamese delegation, Vietnam Airlines and Airbus exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the proposed sale of five Airbus A350-900 aircraft to Vietnam Airlines, with deliveries expected in 2033–2034.
Air Serbia has published the first Sustainability Report in the company’s history, providing an overview of the results achieved during 2025 in areas of environmental protection, social responsibility and corporate governance. The report was prepared in accordance with the internationally recognised sustainability reporting standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Some of the report highlights, which covers the airline’s busiest year of 2025, reveals it used 3.681 tonnes of Sustainable Aviation Fuel in 2025, while total reported Scope 1 emissions amounted to 685.433 tonnes of CO2 equivalent. Air Serbia described 2025 as the baseline year for future emissions reporting and said formal sustainability targets are expected to be introduced in coming reporting cycles. The report also provides further insight into the carrier’s future fleet thinking, noting that the Airbus A220-300, currently operated on wet-lease from airBaltic, serves as a reference point for future decisions on fleet composition. At the end of the year, Air Serbia employed an average of 1.533 people, with women accounting for 48.7% of the workforce. The airline said customer complaints declined by 10.1% during 2025, while its Net Promoter Score stood at 40. Commenting on the report, Air Serbia’s CEO. Jiri Marek, said, “We are proud to present Air Serbia’s first Sustainability Report, an important document in the nearly century-long history of our company and a significant step forward in the way we communicate openly with passengers, employees, partners and the wider community. This report marks the beginning of our formal sustainability reporting journey and lays the foundations for monitoring progress in the years ahead”. The full report can be found here .
