Consensys Software Inc. Splits In Two, Rebrands As MetaMask
The company behind the MetaMask wallet will keep the wallet and rename itself MetaMask, with Joe Lubin as CEO. Linea, Besu and the institutional infrastructure business move into a newly formed company that carries the Consensys name. Completion is expected by the end of 2026.
