In between two fires right now. What can we do but to let it play out, and then react. If I was to trade I would only focus on edges and nothing in between for now. The highes of high and lowest of low. Monday is still to early to understand the weekly direction, even by observing previous W candle we do need Monday and possible Tuesday to close on daily first.

📈 NASDAQ has been trading inside a broad sideways structure, with price repeatedly reacting between the upper resistance and lower support zones. After the recent selloff, price has bounced from the lower boundary of the range and is now attempting to recover back into the structure. 🏆 Previously: https://www.tradingview.com/chart/NASDAQ/CyfSLr27-NASDAQ-The-Bulls-Are-Back-at-the-Decision-Point/ 📈 Bullish scenario The recent reaction from the lower zone shows buyers are still defending the bottom of the range. If price continues recovering and reclaims the upper resistance zone, the next higher zone could come back into focus. A clean breakout and hold above the upper structure would strengthen the bullish case and could trigger another expansion higher. Zone reclaim → breakout → bullish continuation. 📉 Bearish scenario The lower zone remains the key support area. If price fails to hold this zone and breaks decisively below it, the current range could lose its structure and open the way toward the next lower demand zones. Support failure → range breakdown → deeper retracement. 🎯 Outlook NASDAQ is sitting at an important range decision point after bouncing from the lower boundary. The next reaction should tell us whether buyers can reclaim the structure or whether this bounce is only a temporary recovery. Hold the zone → range structure remains intact. Reclaim the upper zone → bullish expansion becomes likely. Lose the lower zone → deeper downside opens up. Range recovery → resistance test → breakout watch.

Nasdaq (NDX) is about to form its first Death Cross on the 4H time-frame for the first time since July 01. This is a critical formation as last time the market completed it, it made a very strong Bearish Leg that bottomed just below the 2.0 Fibonacci extension. On top of that, the index is trading inside a similar Descending Triangle pattern as June/ July. As long as the Lower Highs trend-line holds, expect a new 2.0 Fibonacci extension test at 27550. NASDAQ 100 is trading near 29,268 after bouncing from the 28,920 support area. The move is not just technical — three forces are pulling the market in different directions. First, AI sentiment is under pressure. Reuters reports that global AI-linked stocks fell after major AI leaders called for slowing development because of safety risks. This hit chip and AI infrastructure names, including Nvidia, AMD, SoftBank and ASML. For NASDAQ, this matters because AI optimism has been one of the main drivers behind tech valuations.
