The second quarter 2026 dashboard summarizes progress in the delivery of the Social Stability sector response under the Lebanon Response Plan (LRP) and the 2026 Flash Appeal, highlighting key achievements during the reporting period. Social stability programming remains a core modality for strengthening municipalities, national and local institutions, and communities to deliver essential services, foster dialogue, and prevent and mitigate tensions amid continued displacement, resource pressure, and the socio-economic strain resulting from the March 2026 escalation of hostilities.
