TMNT: The Last Ronin Hardcovers Drop to a New Low Price for Amazon Prime Members

Amazon has officially announced the dates for its Prime Big Deals Day sale, which means there's already early deals available for Prime Members today. Some of the best discounts I've been able to find so far are on books and graphic novels. If you prefer the latter, the latest price cut on The Last Ronin is definitely worth checking out. At $12.10, this is the lowest price we've ever seen on this dark and gritty TMNT story. Unlike the light-hearted Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles stories you may be used to, The Last Ronin takes a much, much darker turn. This graphic novel follows the story of a lone turtle looking to get revenge after the death of his brothers and master. The graphic novel version combines the five-part miniseries of comics into one collection. The story is written by the original creators of TMNT, Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, and is illustrated by the Escorza Brothers . While The Last Ronin is a more recent addition to the franchise, it's actually been in the works since the early days of TMNT. The idea for a more mature turtle story was first introduced back in 1987 when the creators were just starting to get the cartoon and merchandise off the ground. The story got shelved until 2018 when the creators decided to give it the life it deserved. Since it was first published, The Last Ronin has been widely praised. It's become so popular that there's now even a video game in the works over at PlatinumGames. If you're in the mood for a really dark (and surprisingly emotional) TMNT tale, it's definitely worth picking up this graphic novel. If you'd prefer to enjoy the story as a more traditional book, there is a purely written adaptation available as of June 2026 . It's written by Erik Burnham and has received similarly high praise.

The Hobbit Illustrated Edition Drops to a New Low Price for Amazon Prime Members

Amazon has officially announced the dates for its upcoming Prime Big Deal Days sale, and with that announcement we're getting some early deals on books. The most enticing discounts I've been able to find so far are on the many different illustrated versions of The Lord of the Rings . The Lord of the Rings books get discounted pretty much every time Amazon has some sort of exclusive sale, and each time the prices tend to drop just a little bit more. This time around, it's the Illustrated edition of The Hobbit that has reached a new low price. At $26.79 this is the best deal we've ever seen on this book. The Hobbit was originally published all the way back in 1937 and it essentially laid the foundation for modern fantasy as we know it. It rightfully sits as one of the best-selling books of all time and has been published in many different forms over time. It's one of those classic books that still holds up today and is worth reading again and again whenever the mood strikes. The illustrated edition is an overall upgrade from standard hardcover or paperback versions of the book. It has a beautiful cover on the outside and tons of illustrations, paintings, maps, and sketches from J.R.R. Tolkien inside the book. It's definitely more expensive than buying a standard hardcover of the book, but it's a cool collector's item that is definitely a Lord of the Rings gift worth adding to your own shelf. Should You Buy the Deluxe Illustrated Edition Instead? In case you weren't already aware, there are multiple illustrated editions of The Hobbit available to buy, both of which are on sale right now. Both hardcover editions include the same illustrations but with different levels of quality. As you can imagine, the Deluxe Illustrated Edition is quite a bit more expensive, but includes a more expensive looking cover and slipcase. It also has overall thicker pages than the regular special edition. If you want the ultimate experience, it's worth upgrading to the Deluxe Edition. Otherwise the regular special edition is just fine. More Lord of the Rings Books on Sale In addition to The Hobbit Illustrated edition, the full swath of Lord of the Rings illustrated editions are getting discounts right now. With the exception of The Silmarillion Illustrated edition, these aren't necessarily the best prices we've ever seen on these books, but they are still good deals. If you're missing any from your collection, now is a pretty good time to buy. There's also a new illustrated edition of The Fall of Númenor coming out in November that is currently on sale too. Unlike these other versions, this upcoming special edition is actually illustrated by Alan Lee rather than just featuring stuff from Tolkien himself.

AMZN – Breakout Retest At Bronze Frontier | CSE Option Decision

The broader AMZN thesis remains intact and the trend remains bullish, but the interesting part is what is happening underneath the headline trend. CSE currently classifies Amazon as a Breakout Retest. That distinction matters. AMZN has already reclaimed the deeper structural levels, moved through the Silver framework, and recently traded inside our Bronze Current Entry Frontier. The latest validated completed close was around 253.56, inside the Bronze range of 249.40–257.55. The current quote around 248.15 is now sitting just underneath the lower boundary of that Bronze range. In other words: we are not looking at a random pullback. We are watching whether a previously accepted breakout region can now behave as a continuation / retest area. Amazon can have: A bullish trend. An intact thesis. A reclaimed tactical structure. A very high signal confidence. And CSE can still refuse to say “buy now.” Instead, the system says: HOLD / ADD WATCH. EVALUATE RANGE. FEASIBILITY REQUIRED. That is a much more useful decision state for an options trader. The Current Entry Frontier gives us another layer of context. The current price is now testing that Bronze boundary. This is where we stop predicting and start observing. If AMZN can reclaim and hold the 249.40–257.55 region again, the continuation case becomes stronger. If the stock fails to stabilise there, CSE does not force an add simply because the long-term thesis remains bullish. That separation between THESIS and ENTRY is fundamental to the CSE Option Decision OS. In other words, the structural thesis allows us to evaluate additional exposure, but it still does not authorize an automatic trade. This is exactly where our Option Feasibility + Risk Gate becomes necessary. Before increasing an AMZN option position, we still evaluate premium, strike, expiry, delta, implied volatility, liquidity, bid/ask spread, time value, portfolio concentration and total capital at risk. The stock can pass the structural test while the option itself fails the feasibility test. That is one of the main reasons we developed CSE. The roadmap also gives us predefined areas to monitor rather than inventing targets after price starts moving. Additional exposure remains on WATCH. Any new option decision still requires feasibility and manual approval. That is exactly what we want CSE Capital — Option Decision OS to do. Not tell us what we want to hear. Not turn every bullish chart into a buy signal. But continuously measure price against a predefined structural decision architecture and tell us what decision needs to be evaluated next. Structure first. Confirmation second. Feasibility third. No chase. No emotion. Only process.

IIF: Sanyaku Gyakuten with Impending Jugi

IIF just printed a nice Sanyaku Gyakuten. If price remains where it is, it'll close below a sizable Kumo shadow (a good thing). I did a Kakugi Time Bridge operation on IIF. There is a Hengi confluence around Kihon-33 known as a Jūgi or stacked temporal confluence. A Jūgi can be a real trend accelerator. Keep your eye on the 22nd. Structure: Sanyaku Gyakuten and print below Kumo shadow. Confirmation: Close below cloud and Kumo Shadow. Invalidation: Retracement into cloud. Cf. Kumo bounce. Context: IIF has a lot of headwinds to contend with. IIF is hard to borrow on Schwab, but they have it at 0%. CCU: Head and Shoulders in Context of Sanyaku Gyakuten

Another interesting setup for this Chilean beverage company. The bullish trend that started in July is officially dead. We have a head-and-shoulders pattern in confluence with a Sanyaku Gyakuten. If price remains where it is as of this writing, it will also confirm below the neckline. If a small green doji prints tomorrow, that'll be a pause in a larger red candle run. Otherwise, price might make a brief retracement up to the cloud for hopefully a bearish Kumo bounce. I like to nibble at setups like this with a stop above Senkou Span B.
